I'm so proud! Ronno at 8 1/2 months is living up to his legacy...

Last weekend, Max and I traveled down to San Diego with Champion Bucky and his 8 1/2 month old son, Ronno, to compete in the ABKC Summer Bully Fest. Ronno is my third generation young lad from Ch. Bucky and Meadow, and I knew from day one he was going to be an amazing puppy and dog. Ronno and I have been training together since he was about 8 weeks old, but more recently we've been working on Sunday morning's about an hour away with renown trainer Marcel Harnois. With just a bit of leash work and table training, my Ron has really responded. He's such a kind, floppy kind of puppy, but when I ask Ronno to work, boy, does he snap to it. Maybe its the cheese I use as bait (lol), or perhaps it's the generations of Champions running through his veins; there is no question that Ronno will be our next Champion here at Frenchies of Glen Ellen. I'm over the moon exited from the feedback he's received from the Honorable Judges who evaluated him, and from our community. Ronno has began his descent into super star status, just as his Grandsire and sire have done. The most beautiful thing about this puppy (besides his gorgeous bone, impressive headpiece and graceful movement) is is his quiet, calm, willing and kind personality. He brings such joy and laughter to us here in Glen Ellen, and is gathering fans across the country. Watch out, Daddy, Ronno is coming in hot! We definitely have room here for two superstars, Bucky, don't you worry. : )
